Divorce
Supportive counseling to help individuals and families navigate the emotional challenges of divorce.
Divorce is one of the most significant life transitions a person can experience. Beyond the legal process, divorce involves profound emotional, financial, and relational changes that can affect every member of the family — including children. Feelings of grief, anger, guilt, uncertainty, and relief can all coexist during this time, making professional support especially valuable.
At New Horizons Counseling Center, we provide compassionate, non-judgmental counseling to help individuals and families process the emotions of divorce, adjust to new family structures, and build a healthy foundation for what comes next. We also offer the court-required Parents Forever class for divorcing parents in Stephenson County.
